Looking back on the summer of 2016, I was working as a surveyor in the deserts of Arizona and I found out that posting stuff on social media is a lesson that we all need to learn from. No matter how drunk I get now, I usually don’t social media about it, here is a great example of one:

Here is my very first post on the blog that includes me being drunkish.
I really do enjoy this blog and now I will list off the benefits of being drunk, all legal things.
First of all, this has been on the blog for quite a while now and I have now decided to go back and reflect on this. What was I thinking? I guess the biggest lesson I learned is years ago when I was doing a play and got caught drinking before a performance because I posted pictures of green beer on social media. The director was my friend on Facebook at the time and found out via social media, snitches and everything else. It was St. Patrick’s day and everyone else on the cast were also drunk, I got caught though and I do believe another one of the cast members got caught too.
The moral of this story is to not get drunk and post on social media, it ruins careers but luckily it only ruined a few minutes of my life the next morning when I read this. I don’t know why I posted it but it was a lot of fun at the time. Reflecting back on this post from 2016 I can relate to what I was thinking.
