I’m Giving Up On Medical Doctors In America
I was accused of being an alcoholic by my doctor, which isn’t true. I literally only drink one or two beers a week on average when I am drinking. I never do it alone and I am always with a friend. Today, the doctor bullies people into talking medicines that don’t work. He told me that he was going to place me on a medicine that had made me suicidal years ago. He didn’t believe I had cerebral palsy and refused to place me on the medication I had been on for much of my life because it seemed like I was pill shopping. After paying hundreds of dollars and wasted time, I will no longer be seeking treatment for my cerebral palsy. I’d like it if they listened to my concerns instead of labeling me a drug seeker. I know what has worked in the past, I did everything he asked but still got denied the medicine that helps. His concerns are making me struggle.
